Installation on your hosting is $290 for Essentials and included in Studio and Signature. Importing existing data starts at $190. Later changes start at $90 and ship together in a monthly update. Prices in USD.

Do I really own it?

Yes. Once the final payment is made, you receive the complete source code and the CRM runs on your own hosting. There is no license fee, no subscription and nothing that switches off.

Where does my CRM live?

On your own web hosting, in your name. Any standard cPanel or VPS hosting with PHP and MySQL works. If you don't have hosting yet, we'll recommend one and install everything for you.

Why are there no calls?

Because writing works better. You answer a short questionnaire in your own time, upload your spreadsheet or screenshots, and get a demo of your own CRM within 48 hours. Every decision is written down, so nothing gets lost.

How long does it take?

Usually 7 to 21 days from your approval, depending on the package. You can follow progress on a private preview link while we build.

What if I need changes later?

Send them through the update form whenever you like. Once a month we quote all requests at a fixed price and ship the approved ones together. Small changes start at $90.

Can you use my existing spreadsheet?

Yes, and we recommend it. Upload it in the questionnaire. We use your columns and logic as the starting point and can import your existing data.

How do I pay?

By card on a secure payment page, by bank transfer, or with Payoneer. 50% to start, 50% before we install the CRM on your server.

What happens after delivery?

You get a written handbook and short screen recordings for your team, plus 30 days of free bug fixes. After that, your CRM keeps running on your server with no ongoing fees.

What about my clients' data?

It stays on your own server. Your demo uses sample data shaped like your spreadsheet, never your real client information.
